Description:

Vican offers a line of explosion proof control stations for push button control in hazardous locations. Designed for use in Class I, Division 1 & 2 or Zone 1 & 2 locations, the cast aluminum enclosure and heavy duty operators provide a rugged solution for operating overhead cranes, hoists, lifts, and other remote controlled equipment. Available in 1 hole through 18 hole configurations, the enclosures can be assembled with Vican's line of explosionproof pushbuttons, emergency stop pushbuttons, pilot lights, and selector switches.

10.Close tolerances in machining of wide, mating flanges and journalled shafts and bearings for front button operation, produces flametightness of enclosure joints
11.On enclosures with front lever and side rocker type operating handles, threaded type shafts and bushings are used to ensure flametightness
12.When STOP is indicated, button is automatically red. When START is indicated, button is automatically green. Otherwise, black buttons are standard.

Application:

1. Can be used in hazardous areas: Zone 1 and Zone 2 .

2. Can be used in explosive gas atmospheres of Category IIA and II B IIC where the temperature classification is T6.

3. Two type of Ex d(IIB) and complex(IIC).

4. Flammable dust atmosphere.
